Anthony Sargeant prepared this meal last weekend the red peppers were roasted/charred in the oven and then deseeded and skin removed leaving the flesh which was seasoned and a little chilli added. The baby octopii are on top of the pepper base surrounded by Cauliflower stems cut into chunks for crunch and cooked – and some of the Cauliflower leaves put around the dish for colour and variety.
